Zelo slaba komunikacija s stranko in visoke cene.

V tiskarno sem prišel s pripravljeno datoteko za tisk vizitk in prenosnim računalnikom v primeru, da bi bilo potrebno datoteko drugače pripraviti. Kljub prošnji, da mi pomaga s pripravo in izrecnim navodilom, da naj stvari ne tiska če končni izdelek ne bo natančen se je za to odločil. Krivdo za neuspel print je na koncu zvalil name in ga tudi zaračunal.
Tudi stranka, ki je bila na vrsti pred mano je imela podoben problem s komunikacijo z zaposlenim. Po moji prvi in na žalost tudi zadnji izkušnji so brez vsakega posluha za stranko.
